Our ‘Wild Runners‘ sessions are more than just a “fitness” session. They also have a strong focus on improving your running through specific technique, core and strength exercises. Best of all, the runs are casual with no membership required and no weekly financial commitment. You can choose which sessions you attend without feeling guilty about a wasted membership. Don’t forget if we’re running in the dark, please put safety front of mind by bringing along a head torch. If you can’t borrow one, they can be purchased from many outdoor and sporting stores for a variety of costs and quality. We love to talk gear and will happily share our personal recommendations with you.
